Beavercreek is a city in Greene County, Ohio, United States. The population was 37,984 at the 2000 census. In 1979, a part of Beavercreek Township was incorporated and became the City of Beavercreek in February 1980. Beavercreek includes the areas known as Knollwood, Zimmerman, New Germany, and the village of Alpha. The township includes the area known as Trebein.

Beavercreek is located at 39°43'46"N, 84°3'44"W (39.729359, -84.062310), approximately five miles east of downtown Dayton.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 68.3 km˛ (26.4 mi˛), all land.
